Employer will supply all materials required for designated tasks.
Must have the skillset required to conduct warranty and handyman services including but not limited to:
- Light carpentry - Repair windows, minor siding and roofing repairs - Finished carpentry and drywall - Interior trim work, door repairs, hardware adjustments - Caulk, drywall repairs, spackle and paint - Other related duties as assigned Customer Interaction - Contractor is expected to conduct himself in a professional manner when interacting with our customers and tradesman.
They should be on time for all appointments and have a neat professional appearance.
