4K a year Rocky Top Chrysler Jeep Dodge is looking for a Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department.
Whether our customer is our neighbor from down the street that sees us every 3 months or a traveler from hundred of miles away trying to enjoy a vacationwe strive to give the best and most timely service possible! The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and for selling additional needed recommendations to customers.
Must be able to use computer systems to correctly log all customers and vehicle issues, set appointments, and schedule work.
Friendly attitude is a must! Some experience required.
Experience with Chrysler brand and systems very helpful but not required.
Computer skills a must.
Valid driver's license and MVR.
