Full-time (8-9 hour days), Monday - Friday POSITION SUMMARY The Warranty Manager is an essential and a vital player on our home building team.
The Warranty Manager is one of the main resources for support and continued contact with our customers after the completion of their new home.
This continued relationship, guidance and fostering of good will is the cornerstone of building a brand in our market that is second to none.
There are many facets to the position.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Start each day in the office with the production staff at 7:
30 am to review any urgent or other pressing business Call all customers within 5 days of occupancy and at 60 days from settlement and review the customer orientation procedures Maintain our customer Warranty Portal for all active & completed warranty work Keep a goal of less than 14 days from a warranty request to final sign off by customer (emergency items immediately) Communicate with customers throughout the warranty process Become immediately knowledgeable to our 2/10 warranty guidelines and AHP performance standards so we can educate our customers on specific scopes of warranty and performance standards Self-perform warranty to the extent that it is feasible and reasonable throughout the week Coordinate with trade partners for specific warranty work; coordinate the schedule with our homeowner's availability and our trade partners' schedule Inspect work personally or coordinate acceptance of ALL work with the customer's written acceptance Solve problems and conflicts that arise from customer's expectation of acceptable warranty and our workmanship guidelines Alert the GM to continued patterns of poor workmanship that leads to chronic warranty issues with our homes so we can take corrective action Maintain needed tools for self-performed tasks for our customers.
Tools that AHP expects you to personally maintain are including but not limited to:
Skill saw, drills, electric sanders, hand tools of all kinds, levels, coping saw, jig saw, & other various wrenches and clamps.
AHP will provide blades & other various specialty tools 2 of 3 or rentals on an as needed basis.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
