Full -Time Receptionist
This is an exciting opportunity for an Operator who is looking for a challenging role within a fast pace and growing organization. If you like working in a casual work environment and you have previous operator experience this job is for you. The hours for the position will vary between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
Job
Summary:
Charismatic phone presence;
Provide a friendly, efficient and professional customer service experience using phone, email, and the web;
Receives incoming customer contacts via telephone;
Distributes calls and other communications to Service Team Members as appropriate;
Takes phone messages for unavailable employees if necessary and distributes as appropriate;
Receive and enter purchase order confirmations and documents appropriately;
Scan and archive orders into Zetadocs;
Participates in general office maintenance activities, e.g., filing, housekeeping;
Receives visitors and obtains name and nature of business;
Ability to see the big picture and contribute to the continuous improvement process;
Ability to embrace change with growth and development of company.
Specifications:
HS diploma or GED
Previous Operator experience
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent people skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Computer skills including Windows and internet navigating
Keyboarding 30 WPM
Location: Kodak, TN
Compensation: $10.0 0hrEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
