Summary:
Responsible for service activities related to inside sales, customer communications, and documentation of information into computer for sales service by performing the following duties.
Provide a friendly, efficient and professional sales service experience using phone, email, and the web;
Deal with and respond to all customer contact received by phone, email and web in a professional manner within agreed service levels;
Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database;
Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms;
Estimates date of delivery to customer;
Builds and maintains customer's relationships;
Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Ability to see the big picture and contribute to the continuous improvement process;
Ability to embrace change with growth and development of company.
